What happens if I forget my password?

You can reset your password from the ‘home page’ by following the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link.  If you are still experiencing difficulties please click here to contact the Pathway Support Team

Who will be able to see my patient information on the pathway?

Only the staff member who referred the patient to the pathway will see the patient information at the Referral Centre initially. For other registered team members at the Referral Centre an information prompt is given on the home page of the pathway which allows access if specific patient’s details are known. Patient information for the referral will be seen automatically by ECMO Centre staff.

Will I be trained to use the pathway?

Yes. Training modules and videos are being developed to guide you through how to use the pathway which includes helpful tips to get the most out of using it.  Face to face training is also available and a follow up remote service will be available also to answer any further queries you may have.
